Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept the following insurance:
Aetna, Anthem BC, Highmark Blue Shield, Independence BC/BS, Capital Blue Cross, Meritain, Trustmark/Luminare, Cigna/Evernorth, Medicare, Quest, Compsych, Mental Health Consultants, and various EAP's.

How much do sessions cost for self-pay clients?

First session: $160, Following sessions $140.

This is only for private pay or out of network. If we take your insurance, you are only responsible for your deductible, co-insurance or co-pay. You can contact your insurance company to find out what behavioral health benefits are. Payment is due at time of service.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are typically between 40-55 minutes long.

How do I get started?

First, fill out the NEW CLIENT INTEREST FORM, then someone from our team will contact you.

How does telehealth work?

Virtual counseling requires a smartphone, computer, or tablet with Zoom installed (download at Zoom.us or app store). Chrome is recommended.

You'll receive an appointment email 1-2 days prior, and a link to the Zoom meeting room from your counselor the day before or of your session. Click the link to join the session. Reschedule directly with your counselor.
